Acompetition Law Judges Conference held at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
The themes addressed are:
- the fundamental guarantees in the various proceedings specific to competition regulation - powers of the regulators, claims for damages - ;
- the setting out of the rights enshrined in the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, and of the rich jurisprudence it has generated, along with the rights laid down in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union stemming from the Lisbon Treaty.
The book represents a fruitful confrontation of the jurisdictional experiences of each of the judges and of the search, beyond the diversity of their national cultures, for a truly shared legal and judicial area.
